Bowl concert star takes part in Let’s Dance for Comic Relief

Limahl who's set for 80s Bowl Concert on Saturday 04 June is starring on Comic Relief first

Former frontman of Kajagoogoo, Limahl, will be part of Let’s Dance for Comic Relief, on Saturday 5th March 2011.

Limahl will dance in an eighties supergroup consisting of himself, Toyah Wilcox, Clare Grogan and Chesney Hawkes.

Let’s Dance for Comic Relief will have a weekly rotating panel made up of comedians and some former contestants who will review each performance.

 

Together with the viewers, they will vote for their favourite acts to go through to the final and be given the chance to be crowned champion of the dance floor.

If Limahl wins his round he will be completing in the final against the likes of Russell Kane and Katie Price.

This year Let's Dance for... Comic Relief will highlight the issue of malaria.

You can see Limahl in action at the Swindon 80s Bowl Concert on Saturday 4 June.

 

The concert will relive the moods of the decade when Margaret Thatcher was the nearest thing to girl power & big hair and shoulder pads and eyeliner where the norm.

 

You will be dancing all night and singing along to all your favourites from back in the 80s. So watch out for Limahl on Sat 5 March as make sure you vote for him.
